new song in celebration of New York panic!
Here’s a clip from the film “Swordfish” starring Hugh Jackman. Its an epic montage of Hugh creating a really complex virus. Its HILARIOUS!
Eddie Okeefe
These short films are really great. Would love to see “The Ghost” with a bigger budget and turned into a longer film. But the story still comes across with the limited resources and thats something to be said for the film. Looking forward to what this 22 year old writer / director will do next.
ALSO. Eddie comes from a talented family proven in the following video he directed. This is his little brother’s band (which is compiled of 16 year olds…16 year olds) regardless of their age its a great song.
how is this baby so good? so good.
starting to really enjoy polaroids. here’s a few of my favorites
I’ve been in a hip-hop mood lately. must be getting close to easter…
enjoy the track. later bunnies
Lotus Flower
Probably my favorite track off the new Radiohead album. AND I don’t think anyone could look this crazy and still be genuine as Thom Yorke drunkinly demonstrates in the video below. Just like Wendy Peffercorn, Radiohead knows exactly what they’re doing.
Rappers, Delight.
FINALLY seeing some better hip hop videos than whats been on display the past 10 years. Really gives alot more depth to this genre when paired with professionally executed stories and imagery. The rooftop shot in Macklemore’s “The Town” is so beautiful and thats strange to say about any part of a rap video but dats da true-f. The 3rd video is from the group Pharcyde in the early 90’s / late 80’s. Really interesting video approach but very cool. And Man Oh Man, I Love that beat.
Hopefully we’ll start to see more and more hip hop videos like this…and not just from the underground scene.
Click the Squares!
Time to make some music kids. Turn up your squakers and just click the squares…maybe try seeing what happens when you click them all. Might explode though. Enjoy nerds!
MEMOS 1
I was talking with a friend a while ago about acting. Bad acting to be exact. Mostly discussing how alot of shows on TV don’t portray actual personalities but what people wish they could be or should be. Which is all good and fine but it doesn’t look or feel real and I wish writers would realize that. There might be a reason reality tv is so popular right now. I dont know. I’m no expert.
conclusion = real conversation. that is hard to create or capture. so I decided to record bits and pieces of casual conversation of friends and family (without them knowing) over the holidays. Hard to do well and I felt creepy but a fun experiment.
